We craft better product experiences for humans and their machines.
Our vision
As agentic AI matures, software is increasingly used by machines acting for people. That changes who we design for, how they interact, and the impact good design can have.
Who
Who we build for is changing. As agentic AI adoption grows, more of the users on any product are machines acting on behalf of a person. We treat them as a first-class user, not an edge case.
How
How we serve users has to change with them. User-centred design was built for humans on screens; a new kind of user needs new patterns for how software is read, navigated and acted on.
Why
Why it matters: software is moving toward hyper-personalised, individual experiences. Bespoke interfaces augment what each end user can do, and shift who owns the customer experience.
